Affordable Houses (BSB)

Introducing BSB, an Affordable Housing Model developed by GHSL. Under this model house and community designs take into considerations the following factors:

  • Maximum Utilisation of Spaces
  • Functionality of Community
  • Sustainability of Settlements
  • Quality of Construction
  • Security of Families

Under this model has emerged Madiba Courts and Osagyefo Court currently under development.
