Project Description

Gravitas Hostel is a four-storey accommodation facility masterly designed to make learning conducive and interesting. It consists of 58 rooms located at Miotso, Prampram and about 200 meters from Central University College and will be ready for occupancy in 2017.

Each room consists of a spacious sleeping and study area, washroom and a space for cooking and balcony. It also consists of a restaurant, an ICT center, a laundry office, a gym, gracious parking area, a mini shopping mall and an entertainment room for the community. The hostel will be properly managed to provide a clean, quiet and secure learning environment.
